Company ethos
Inner Path Digital began with our founder’s decision to follow her own path toward more purposeful work and greater impact across healthcare, building on her prior leadership experience at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Mass General Brigham. The name reflects that connection: finding her own path while helping healthcare organizations find theirs.
At the heart of that purpose are the people working within health systems. We know the responsibility they carry, the complexity they navigate and the care they bring to their work. As we grow, we remain committed to staying close to those realities and serving the people navigating them every day.
